VERY BEAUTIFUL RING in 18k (750 thousandths) white gold set with marquise-cut, round brilliant and trapeze-cut diamonds totalling approx. 2.5 ct around an oval sapphire of basaltic origin, blue with medium to strong saturation, weighing approx. 4.60 ct. Indication of heating. SSEF report of 26 November 2024 nr. 142734. An additional note is added to the SSEF report which indicates a basaltic origin without however specifying a geographical origin, which is difficult to determine. Gübelin report of 11 July 2019 nr. 19070051. An information sheet specifies a basaltic origin without a geographical origin. Dimensions of the sapphire: 12.30 x 8.35 x 5.45 mm.
