Provenance: Collection of the late Mr Claude LAPP, headmaster of a secondary school in Charly, headmaster of the Lycée Julie Daubié in Laon and then of the Lycée Gérard de Nerval in Soissons. Commander of the Palmes Académiques, he was awarded the Ordre National du Mérite in 2008.
Well known to the people of Soissons, he was an active member of the V.O. en Soissonnais festival and the A.P.E.I.
