Letter Armée du Bas Rhin du Camp de Viersen 1760 Superb Very long military text on the strategy of the troops, their marches, the division in 3 camps of the places of quartering, the enemy position of Prince Ferdinand with sixty thousand men and the capture of Belle-Ile by the English. Letter dated 9 May 1760, decisive year for the continuation of the Seven Years' War. Superb striking of this RARE Postmark with special closing of the letter on the side. Seven Years War letters (especially in Very Good condition) are very difficult to find.
