IMPORTANT REGULATOR, circa 1900, Dial with hours in purplish relief cartouches, with two hands and an indirect central second hand. Movement with special offset duplex escapement. Winding button on the crown under the bezel. Silver case, very slightly domed glass (probably replaced). Diameter: 69 mm. To be revised, dial slightly retouched at 7 o'clock, small dents and scratches from use.
