Late 18th century FRENCH school, after Pasquier Portrait of Claude François Maigret at the age of 9. Charcoal and gouache highlights. 16 x 14 cm. Oval. Paper warped and small stains. Claude François Maigret (1785-1864) was a thread merchant. He married Amélie Caroline Duval (died 1872) on 1 March 1813.
