Chanteloup, Buisson 1790. 2 volumes bound in 1 vol. in-8 of 254 and 251 pages, marbled basane, smooth spine decorated, red edges (period binding). Written by himself and printed in his office in Chanteloup in 1778, the author offers numerous anecdotes and unknown facts "suitable for arousing curiosity". The work ends with a comedy by the author, "Le Royaume d'Arlequinerie", and two tales written by his wife, "La Princesse enchantée" and "La queue de vache". Damage to head cover, some brown spots.
