In-8, havana morocco, boards decorated with a cold Arabic decoration, large inner frame, smooth spine decorated in the same way, gilt head, illustrated cover and spine, slipcase (J. Bretault).
Three Saharan legends translated and illustrated by Etienne Dinet; they are superbly accompanied by 60 fine colour compositions, including 6 hors-texte, playing with the layout in Moorish frames enhanced with gold. A very fine copy, perfectly bound by Joseph Bretault, a former worker in Champs, then bookbinder in Paris until 1903.
