One of the most beautiful publications in colour by the Orientalist painter E. Dinet. Dinet, it is adorned with 132 singular colour compositions, including 5 hors-texte, illustrating the battles, caravans, festivals and hunts of the nomadic Arabs as well as their landscapes. Edition at 300 copies, this one numbered on velin de Vosges, specially watermarked. A very fine copy in a neat binding by Carayon.
