Six exhibitions of Japanese prints organised by Raymond Koechlin (1860-1931) at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs between 1909 and 1914: 66 Japanese collectors, mostly French, loaned over 2,300 works accumulated in their portfolios during the Japanese vogue that had reigned in Paris since the mid-19th century. These works were produced by 130 different artists - students or masters - some of whose names are still unknown to the public. A few months after the inauguration of each section, 6 catalogues were published. We present the last four catalogues. Impressive documentation on Japanese prints, of every rarity.
