Description
TAP Far East jump trousers. Jump suit known as Chavatte, made from strong khaki fabric, fly fastened by three buttons, high waistband tightened at the front by two fabric tabs held in two double metal rings. Left hip pocket closes with a small unmarked zip, the right hip pocket no longer has its zip. Three small flap pockets on the front have their own buttons, two of which are made of aluminium and stamped "Equipements Militaires". The side pocket press studs are functional, and the lower legs are tightened with elastic. There are no visible stamps on the inside of the trousers. Far East TAP jump trousers. Chavatte-pattern jump trousers constructed from heavy khaki cotton fabric.
