Type 3/II radio case. Manufactured from 1942 onwards, the 3/II, more simply known as the B2, is the most widely supplied and best-known clandestine radio. Accessory box with a small fix key plate containing a Morse code manipulator with its original cable, the frequency grid is glued to the inside of the lid, four spare chokes in their original kraft paper, an aerial marked Clix Pat 371404, A pair of DLR 1 headphones with cable and plug, an earthenware screw socket, a second bakelite bayonet socket, two neon lamps in their original felt cases and two CR7 lamps in their original felt cases, a mains power cable with two plugs, headphones. The transmitter and receiver are in original paint with all their functional buttons and removable plugs, serial number 43497. Headphones in anodised paint.
