Black chalk, brown ink, pencil, framing line in brown ink, 21,0 x 27,9 cm, laid paper with watermark (fool's cap) (sl. foxed, flattened fold). - Attributed to Pieter Jansz. Quast (c. 1605-1647) on the verso, but the composition shows more similarities with the works of Adriaen van Ostade (1610-1685) and David II Teniers (1610-1690). - Prov.
