German imperial military hospital in Liège during World War I. 23 silver prints, 17 x 23 cm, mounted on cardboard with a gold frame, photographer's name and address on the mounts, German ms. captions on paper. - Album entitled "Kaiserliches Festungslazarett zu Lüttich. Chefarzt: Oberstabsarzt San. Rat. Dr. Nockner". Saint-Laurent Hospital was under German control during the Battle of Liège in August 1914.
