La fille Élisa. Workshop scene in one act by a well-known author. In-16: 32 pp. - Rare first edition - printed on vergé "à très-petit nombre" (unspecified) according to the justification - of this parodic play combining the Goncourts' fille Élisa (1877) and Zola's Nana (1880). Also attributed to Charles Monselet. Dutel dates the original c. 1884, but we have already encountered an ed. dated on the cover 1882. Ill. with 2 anonymous etchings. Enriched with : 2 additional states in bistre (1 for each h.-t.) and 7 watercolours playing with the text signed H[enri] de Sta (1846-1820), French caricaturist pioneer of the comic strip. - Ref Pia 506. - Dutel 302. - BGL II:306.
