Description
Les stupra. Augmented by an unpublished poem and illustrated with five etchings by a Flemish engraver [Frans De Geetere]. In-8° square. - 5 vehement free etchings including a frontispiece with a phallic portrait of Rimbaud. Unique edition of 161 copies on japon impérial (n° 75). The 3rd poem is known as "Sonnet du trou du cul" and was written in collaboration by Rimbaud and Verlaine (who gives a slightly different version in "Hombres"). Short introductory text signed "Marcelle La Pompe" which Pia attributes to the Dadaist Renée Dunan but which Dutel believes to be by Pia himself. Powerful illustration by Belgian engraver Fr.
