The onyx seal. Léa (1831-1832) Gr. in-8°. - First edition of "Le Cachet d'onyx" and separate second edition of "Léa" (contrary to what Doyon claims in the justification, "Léa" had appeared in 1832 in the "Revue de Caen" and in 1907 in a separate 1st edition, admittedly confidential). These are the first 2 short stories by the author of "Les Diaboliques", written in 1831 and 1832. Numbered edition of 1050 copies, one of the 50 first editions on japon impérial (n° 36) signed by the publisher René-Louis Doyon.
