Edition of 500 copies, one of the 150 first copies reprinted on Japan grey paper or Marais vellum, this one on Japon (no. 20 initialled by the publisher), with 2 sets of engravings: pure etching and before the letter. Enriched with the gr. frontispiece portrait by Émile Thérond for "Émaux et camées" (ed. 1858), printed on chine (volant). - Vicaire III:904. - Joint, same author and publisher: Le petit chien de la marquise. Preface by Maurice Tourneux [...]. 1893. In-12.
