Quarters of nobility of "Damoiselle Hypolite Joseph Gislaine de Vicq de Cumptich". 74 x 82 cm, in French, brown ink on parchment, coat of arms enhanced with watercolour, captions framed with red fillets, signatures of Jean-Henri [de Frankenberg] archbishop of Malines, the duke of Beaufort, the count of Spangen and the count of Argenteau with their red wax seals (slight marg. soiling, seals crumbling and ± incomplete). - Beautiful family tree illustrated with 31 coats of arms, proof of nobility for [Marie] Hippolyte Josèphe Ghislaine de Vicq de Cumptich (born in Malines in 1773 or 1774), only daughter of François Constantin de Vicq (1730-1816), baron de Cumptich, captain in the cuirassiers regiment of Archduke Maximilian, and Cécile Livine Ghislaine d'Olmen de Poderlé.
