Description
Manufacture de Lunéville-Saint-Clément (Lorraine), Keller et Guérin. A pair of bronze-mounted oil lamps in polychrome enamelled earthenware, enhanced with gold, with Japanese decoration of phoenixes, insects and peonies. Stamp not visible. Late 19th century. Electrified later. Height 35 cm. Exhibited in 2012 at the Château de Lunéville during the exhibition "Faïences en Lumière - Les productions de Lunéville Saint-Clément", and reproduced in the catalogue p. 47. Provenance: Geneviève Aubry collection (1948-2025), Rosières-aux-Salines.
