Description
Geo CONDE (1891-1980) for the Lunéville factory (Lorraine), Keller et Guérin, Edouard Fenal period. Set of three Art Deco glazed earthenware vases, the first of scroll form with airbrushed decoration of a flowery basket (height 27 cm, stamped signature in green), the second also of scroll form with airbrushed decoration of parrots in flowering branches (height 19 cm, stamped signature in black), the last with short handles, with airbrushed decoration of stylised flowers (height 28 cm, "Toscane" model, stamped signature in hair green). Circa 1920-1930. Exhibited at the Musée de Sarreguemines, from 21 October 2011 to 29 January 2012, as part of the exhibition "Art Déco - La céramique de Lorraine, 1919-1939" (n°Lunéville 1, 2 and 3) and reproduced in the catalogue p. 138. Provenance: Geneviève Aubry collection (1948-2025), Rosières-aux-Salines.
