Description
Geo CONDE (1891-1980) for the Manufacture de Lunéville (Lorraine), Keller et Guérin, Edouard Fenal period. Reunion of a covered round box decorated with Pierrot playing the mandolin (diam. 12 cm), a covered pot decorated with a connected bird (height 11 cm) and a bowl on heel, model "le Pays" decorated, in a central medallion, with a village (diam. 21.5 cm wear to the edge). Glazed earthenware with airbrush decoration. Art Deco period, 1920-1930.
Exhibited at the Musée de Sarreguemines, from 21 October 2011 to 29 January 2012, as part of the exhibition "Art Déco - La céramique de Lorraine, 1919-1939" (n°Lunéville 6 et 17) and reproduced in the catalogue p. 139 and 140.
