Description
Geo CONDE (1891-1980) for the Lunéville factory (Lorraine), Keller et Guérin, Edouard Fenal period. Reunion of three Art Deco dishes in polychrome enamelled earthenware with airbrush decoration of a Chinese fish fisherman for the first (diam. 32 cm signed "GC" in the decoration -fêles), peacocks in the Japanese style for the second (diam. 28.5 cm), and a parrot in palm trees (32.5 x 30 cm small restoration at the edge). Stamped. Circa 1920-1930.
Exhibited at the Musée de Sarreguemines, from 21 October 2011 to 29 January 2012, as part of the exhibition "Art Déco - La céramique de Lorraine, 1919-1939" (n°Lunéville 12 and 13) and reproduced in the catalogue p. 140.
