Description
LUNEVILLE (or MOYEN?), Lorraine. A set of three pressed earthenware pieces decorated with flowers in relief: a rimmed plate (diam. 25 cm), a tripod coffee pot (height 17 cm) and a rare covered sugar bowl (22 x 17.5 cm). Circa 1770-1780. Damage. Provenance: Geneviève Aubry collection (1948-2025), Rosières-aux-Salines. The sugar bowl was exhibited in summer 2013 at the Château de Lunéville during the "Les arts de la table - petites pièces au service des grandes" exhibition. It is featured on the cover of the catalogue and on page 39.
