Bronze and horn hallmarks on the edge. 72 mm - 177,01 grammes - in its original velvet wooden case - very good condition ( * ) Armand Fallières, born and died in Mézin / Lot et Garonne (6 November 1841 - 22 June 1931). Trained as a lawyer, he was several times a minister, President of the Council in 1883, President of the Senate in 1899 and Head of State from 1906 to 1913.
