File of restrictions on access to auctions INFORMATION NOTICE [B] is a subscriber to the TEMIS Service enabling consultation and input of the File of restrictions on access to auction sales ("TEMIS File") implemented by Commissaires-Priseurs Multimédia (CPM), a limited company with a management board, having its registered office at 37 rue de Châteaudun, 75009 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 437 868 425. Any auction slip which remains unpaid after [B] or which is subject to late payment may be registered in the TEMIS file. (1) Purpose and legal basis of the TEMIS File The TEMIS File records incidents of payment of auction slips (late payment and non-payment), regardless of the method of participation of bidders (face-to-face or remote) and may be consulted by all auction sales structures operating in France and subscribing to the service. Bidders are hereby informed that if they fail to regularise their bidding slip within the period mentioned on the slip, [B] may initiate a registration procedure in the said file. (4) Registration period Bidders are hereby informed that the duration of their registration on the TEMIS Register is determined by the number of auction slips remaining unpaid with the Professional Members of the TEMIS Register, by their cumulative amounts and by whether or not they have been regularised. The period of registration in the TEMIS Register is reduced if the Bidder regularises all the Payment Incidents. It is increased if the Bidder is concerned by several unpaid dockets registered in the TEMIS File. The registration of an auction slip as an Incident of Payment is deleted automatically after a maximum of 24 months if the bidder is only registered once, and 36 months if the bidder is registered several times.
