PRICES ARE NOT COMMUNICATED BEFORE THE SALE - PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE LIST OF LOTS - The mention "Without original registration document" means that a copy or an identification sheet is present for the sale. The vehicles are sold as is and most need cables to be started. VAT is recoverable (unless otherwise stated). To attend the sale from the auction room, please bring proof of identity (a Kbis extract for professionals) and a €200 cash deposit, which will be returned to you after the sale if no lot is purchased.

Payment terms:
Cash payment - Payment to the firm may be made in cash for invoices not exceeding €1,000, by credit card or bank transfer. Letters of credit and cheques are not accepted. For live buyers, unless otherwise indicated, the successful bidders will be debited at the end of the sale, from the bank card registered. The €1,000 deposit will be deducted from the total amount payable. The sales charge for all vehicles is 14.28%. Payment and collection must be made within one week of the sale.

Sale type Judicial sale

Judicial sales are organized by judicial commissioners in two main cases:

  • When a legal entity or individual cannot pay their debts, their assets are sold to repay their creditors.
  • The owner wishes to sell their assets, but the sale must be conducted under judicial supervision to protect all parties involved.

Internet fees: 1% excluding VAT of the hammer price for judicial sales, 3% excluding VAT for voluntary sales or €40 excluding VAT per vehicle. No additional fees will be applied on charity auction lots.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
