Special conditions:
All bidders are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of sale (available at www.chativesle.fr and www.interencheres.com/51003). It is possible to bid by telephone on the day of the sale or by leaving prior bids by email or post (document available on www.chativesle.fr). Please enclose two pieces of identification and a bank details slip. Sale broadcast on interencheres.com (live bidding and/or submission of secret purchase orders) after prior registration. Return and shipping conditions : - Collection of your lots by you or by any duly authorised person or carrier of your choice. Vehicles without technical controls must be collected on a flatbed, otherwise the vehicles will not be returned. Vehicles must be collected within 15 days of the sale. After this period, the Musée Automobile de Reims will charge a storage fee of €20 excluding VAT per day. Collection by appointment from the Musée Automobile de Reims at 84 Avenue Georges Clemenceau, 51100 Reims (tel: 03.26.82.83.84). Vehicles are sold as is and without warranty. No mechanical or rolling expertise is carried out on the vehicles presented. If the vehicle has passed a roadworthiness test less than six months old, this can be seen on the website. Otherwise, the other vehicles are sold without a MOT and are therefore not roadworthy. We recommend that buyers attend the show to examine the vehicles. Files and invoices relating to each vehicle will be available for consultation at the show. No claims will be accepted after the auction as to the nature, condition or operation of the vehicles. Vehicles are therefore sold in the condition in which they are found at the show. Vehicles without technical controls must be removed from the stand, failing which they will not be returned.

Voluntary sales offer assets freely entrusted for sale by their owners. These sales are organized by auction houses supervised by the Council of Auction Houses (CMV).

Internet fees: 1% excluding VAT of the hammer price for judicial sales, 3% excluding VAT for voluntary sales or €40 excluding VAT per vehicle. No additional fees will be applied on charity auction lots.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
