VAT) for voluntary lots and 14.28% (incl. VAT) for judicial lots. Judicial lots are preceded by an asterisk (*). Additional fees, indicated on their platforms, must be taken into account for online buyers (Interencheres or Drouot LIVE). Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash up to a limit of €1,000 (including charges) per consignment note. Payment by cheque is not possible. According to article L321-11 of the French Commercial Code, civil liability claims arising from auctions and voluntary and judicial sales of furniture by public auction are subject to a limitation period of five years from the date of the auction. The limitation is given by article 2232 of the Civil Code.
