The purchaser of the lot becomes the new owner when the term "ADJUGE" is pronounced; he/she becomes responsible for all and part of the lot. Lots not collected on the day specified by the Auction House will be deemed to have been abandoned on the premises. Collection days and times see Shipping and Collection tab. The purchaser of the lot(s) must provide suitable handling and loading equipment; the firm's staff will only deliver the lot(s). No electricity on site.
