LIVE SALE OF ENDURO AND CROSS BIKES WITH VARIOUS ACCESSORIES (gloves, helmets, jackets, textiles, etc.) WEDNESDAY 19 NOVEMBER 2025 AT 9.30AM Information on request from the firm -Collection at LAVILLEDIEU scheduled for FRIDAY 05 DECEMBER BETWEEN 9.00 am and 12.00 pm -Accessories (helmets, jackets, gloves, ....) can be dispatched at the request of the buyer after payment of the consignment note and dispatch costs. After the stated collection date, each lot will be invoiced €40 (excl. VAT) per week for storage. Each week started is due. Collection by appointment only. In the event of a cancelled appointment, any new representation will be invoiced at 30€. and after a period of 15 days from the date of collection, the lots will be considered abandoned UNLESS an exemption has been agreed in advance with the auction house.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY Postal delivery is an optional service offered to the successful bidder, the characteristics of which cannot be made conditional on full payment of the hammer price. Prior to any request for postal delivery, it is the responsibility of the bidder - before placing a bid - to enquire about the possibility of postal delivery by the auction house. The auction house reserves the right to refuse any request for postal delivery. Postal delivery : Postal delivery is an optional service offered to the winning bidder, the characteristics of which (processing time, whether or not it can be taken over), cannot be made conditional on the winning bidder paying the auction sales slip in full. Before any request for postal delivery, it is the responsibility of the bidder - before placing his bid - to enquire about the possibility of postal delivery by the auction house. Given the constraints of fragility, weight or volume, the auction house reserves the right to refuse any request for postal delivery and to refer you to specialised transport companies. In the case of the transport of bottles of wine and/or alcohol, the auction house disclaims all liability in the event of any damage to the bottles during transport by itself or by a transport company. Reminder of postal delivery conditions: As soon as payment is received, ENCHERES 07, subject to acceptance of responsibility, undertakes to send the item by post as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 calendar days. After agreement and payment, the item will be sent to the name and address shown on the purchase invoice. If the goods are to be sent to a different address, it is up to the purchaser to specify this when requesting delivery by e-mail. As damage during delivery is not covered by the service provider LA POSTE, the successful bidder releases the company Encheres 07 from all liability in the event of damage suffered and noted on arrival. For better delivery guarantees, a list of approved professionals can be provided by the auction house on request.
