SALE CHARGES Payment will be made in cash on the day of the sale and the sale will be conducted in euros. In addition to the hammer price, purchasers must pay the following fees: 24.5% excluding VAT + VAT (i.e. 29.4% including VAT and for books 25.8% including VAT). Reminder: In the case of bids placed on a live platform, additional fees will be charged.

STORAGE All lots will be returned at the end of the sale to the offices of the auctioneers AUDAP & associés, or to those of the valuers PORTIER & associés. IMPORTANT: In order to facilitate export formalities, all the necessary steps to obtain export licences will be taken in full, at no cost to the buyers. In accordance with current regulations, any print in this sale whose total value (including costs) exceeds 15,000 euros and which is to be exported outside the European Union must apply for an export licence. These procedures cannot be carried out before the lots are sold. It should be noted that the time required to process export licences may be long and may result in a postponement of the dispatch of the lots concerned. PACKAGING & INSURANCE : Packaging and insurance relating to the dispatch of prints - excluding those collected in person - will be fully covered. TRANSPORT : Buyers are solely responsible for the cost of transport (DHL and FedEx) and customs duties.
