GRANDS CRUS WINE SALE, REALISATION DE GAGE, SUITE LIQUIDATION JUDICIAIRE LES CAVES DE LA VALLEE (Live sale or in person)(collection of lots on Monday 24 November) Place of sale : 85700 (precise address 48 hours before on our website by clicking on the "place of sale" tab) Exhibition from 9am to 10am. Compulsory registration for access to the exhibition and for bidding, on site, from 9am, on presentation of a means of payment (cheque/bank card) and a national identity card and/or extract from a trade register; against presentation of a bidder's leaflet. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO THE EXHIBITION : - Compulsory registration - No bags allowed - Bring a torch - Exhibition limited to a maximum of 20 people, visiting time limited to 10 minutes if the number of visitors waiting is too large. Sale at 10.15 am REMOVAL OF LOTS : For those physically present, lots will be collected from 2pm to 5pm on Tuesday 18 November 2025. LIVE buyers must collect their lots on Monday 24 November from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm (see collection conditions).

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
