Payment terms:
ATTENTION: NAME of the person who paid the deposit = NAME of the person registered for the sale For all credit card purchases, the full amount of the slip or a deposit may be debited on the evening of the sale. Payments by cheque are not accepted. Cash payment up to 1000 euro. CB for judicial and voluntary lots. Purchases are kept for 15 days at the office free of charge. After this period 10 € per day and per item will be charged. For any purchase of an object made in whole or in part from an organic material protected by the Washington Convention, in particular elephant ivory, rhinoceros ivory, etc., the procedures for export outside the EEC are entirely at the buyer's expense, whether with the French customs authorities or the country where it is to be imported. The Enghien Auction House shall in no way be held responsible for any difficulties or refusals to export that may arise after the sale. In the event of a double bid between the auction room and the live platform, or in the event of a handling error by the operator of the live platform resulting in an incorrect sale price, the auction price recorded in the minutes drawn up by the auction house will prevail. We cannot guarantee the colours of works reproduced in photographs. GUARANTEE: In accordance with Article L321-7 of the French Commercial Code, civil liability claims arising from auctions and voluntary and judicial sales of furniture by public auction are subject to a limitation period of five years from the date of the auction. We reserve the right to refuse to send an item if it appears to us to be too bulky or too fragile.

Internet fees: 1% excluding VAT of the hammer price for judicial sales, 3% excluding VAT for voluntary sales or €40 excluding VAT per vehicle. No additional fees will be applied on charity auction lots.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
