Auction sale of passenger cars and utility vehicles, motorbikes and quads and garage and miscellaneous equipment following LJ ( AUTO RN 102 ET MABS ) and sold on realization of leasing WEDNESDAY 19 NOVEMBER 2025 FROM 3:00 PM CT of 100 € to be paid in addition to the auction fees for the vehicles and 60€ TTC for the MOTORCYCLES Lots 1 to 15 and 29 will be collected from Lavilledieu 07170 after an appointment with the auctioneers within 15 days. for lots 16 to 24: collection from AUBENAS after meeting with the auctioneer BEFORE 30 NOVEMBER 2025 for lots 25 to 28: by appointment In addition to the auction fee, a storage fee of €40 (excl. VAT) per week will be payable, plus €100 for vehicles and €60 (incl. VAT) for motorbikes. WITHDRAWAL OF LOTS The successful bidder is responsible for his lots after the auction. After the specified collection date, each lot will be invoiced at €40 (excl. VAT) per week. Each week started is due. Collection of lots by appointment only. In the event of a cancelled appointment, any new representation will be invoiced at 30€. DISPATCH & DELIVERY Postal delivery is an optional service offered to the successful bidder, the characteristics of which cannot be made conditional on full payment of the hammer price. Prior to any request for postal delivery, it is the responsibility of the bidder - before placing a bid - to enquire about the possibility of postal delivery by the auction house. The auction house reserves the right to refuse any request for postal delivery. Postal delivery : Postal delivery is an optional service offered to the successful bidder, the characteristics of which (processing time, whether or not it can be taken over) cannot be made conditional on the successful bidder's full payment of the adjudication slip. If the goods are to be sent to a different address, it is up to the purchaser to specify this when requesting delivery by e-mail. As damage during delivery is not covered by the service provider LA POSTE, the successful bidder releases the company Encheres 07 from all liability in the event of damage suffered and noted on arrival. For better delivery guarantees, a list of approved professionals can be provided by the auction house on request.
