GUN SALES ON TUESDAY 2 DECEMBER 2025 AT 10 AM and 2 PM
Following judicial liquidation, inheritance and other matters
SALES EXHIBITION AT 12-14 RUE PEYRONNET ON :
- 1st December from 2pm to 6pm
- 2 December from 9am to 10am
For all purchases, the following documents are required:
Double-sided identity card or passport (driving licence not accepted)
Valid hunting licence 2025 - 2026 or shooting licence validated by a doctor

These documents must be sent to [email protected] when you register. ANY MISSING DOCUMENT WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF THE LIVE REGISTRATION.

REGISTRATIONS WILL CLOSE ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 1 at 3pm. After this date, no further registrations will be accepted.
WARNING: It is forbidden to sell weapons, ammunition and components to minors.
Only the person exercising parental authority may purchase weapons, ammunition and components on behalf of the minor.
Weapons, ammunition and components may not be sold to adults without proof of purchase.
Sport shooters must present a prefectoral authorisation (categories A and B) or a valid licence. (Category C).
Hunters must present proof of ownership (hunting licence and annual validation).
Collectors must present a collector's card.
It is forbidden to sell weapons, ammunition and components to anyone registered in the file of persons prohibited from acquiring and holding weapons (FINIADA).
ANY SUSPICIOUS ACQUISITION REQUEST MAY LEAD TO THE SALE BEING REFUSED.
Note: The weapons will be kept in a secure room under alarm and surveillance. Cartridges and ammunition will be sold by designation.

• en espèces (euros) jusqu’à 1000 € pour les ressortissants français ou jusqu’à 15 000€ pour les ressortissants étrangers, commission acheteur comprise, sur présentation du passeport et d’un justificatif de domicile.
• par chèque bancaire (en euros) à l’ordre de BRISCADIEU, avec présentation obligatoire d’une pièce d’identité en cours de validité ; les chèques étrangers ne sont pas acceptés.
En cas de paiement par chèque ou par virement, la délivrance des objets pourra être différée jusqu’à l’encaissement.
