THE LOTS MAY PRESENT DEFECTS IN APPEARANCE (DENTS, TRACES OF WEAR, DUST, ETC.), TECHNICAL DEFECTS (PARTIAL FUNCTIONING, MISSING SOFTWARE, ETC.), OR DEFECTS IN USE (MISSING ACCESSORIES, PARTIALLY BROKEN, ETC.). I.E. THEY MAY NOT WORK PARTIALLY OR AT ALL. MOBILE PHONES MAY BE SIMLOCKED, BLOCKED BY A PASSWORD, NOT RESET, OR EVEN NOT SWITCHED ON. ALL DESCRIPTIONS ARE GIVEN FOR INFORMATION ONLY AND ARE NOT CONTRACTUAL. LOTS WILL BE SOLD AS IS AND WITHOUT COMPLAINT. We put as many photos as possible on line with as complete a description as possible and remain at your disposal for any further information. The sale takes place without any guarantee as to the condition, quality or functioning of the equipment, unless otherwise specified by the auctioneer and recorded in the minutes. For distance sales, the buyer is deemed to have requested the condition of the item, failing which no claim will be accepted. IMPORTANT > Dismantling and removal are the sole responsibility of the buyer, who must provide the necessary tools, handling/lifting equipment and manpower and ensure the safety of people and the building. No handling equipment will be made available on site. > The lots are sold as is, without guarantee. The information and photographs provided are for information purposes only and are not contractually binding. The final lots will be established by the auctioneer on the day of the sale, and the auctioneer reserves the right to split or merge lots (including selling as a single lot) until the last moment. > Once the lots have been awarded, you are entirely responsible for them, and the transfer of risks is concomitant with the transfer of ownership at the time the award is made. No claims will be accepted after the sale.
