All lots are sold as is. Please make sure that you can get to the different departments listed in each of the description sheets. The sale cannot be called into question if it is difficult for you to get to these different locations. Dimensions are given for information only and are not contractually binding. All requests for information must be made before the sale. Personal reasons for buying are not sufficient grounds for cancelling a sale. For small items: collection immediately after the sale for indoor buyers and on a fixed date for live buyers. Storage charges of 7 euros per day apply after one week on the day of the sale, for lots at our office and at our service providers. Any auction slip which remains unpaid to LASSSERON & ASSOCIES or which has been the subject of a delay in payment may be registered in the TEMIS File. After one week from the day of the sale, storage charges will be invoiced. To issue vehicle purchase slips, you will be asked to provide proof of identity and proof of address. The identity shown on the slip will be the one used to issue the administrative documents required to obtain the vehicle registration document. These administrative procedures are subject to a specific fee of 120 euros, including tax, which is shown on the slip. No change of name on the registration form will be possible after the sale. The condition of the vehicle or equipment may not be contested after the sale. Access to vehicles or other types of lots (equipment, computers, etc.) is possible prior to the sale. Any vehicle or other item not collected will be deemed abandoned.
