GUARDING: BALSAN ENCHÈRES provides, free of charge, the guarding of lots for a period of 10 calendar days from the date of the sale. Beyond this period, retroactive storage fees will be automatically applied from the day of the sale, according to the following scale: - For lots stored on shelves: o 11th day after sale : Application of a fixed fee of €21.45 excluding VAT per lot; o In addition to the flat rate of €21.45 excluding VAT, €1.95 excluding VAT will be added for each additional calendar day from the 11th day after the sale date, per lot. - For lots stored on pallets, half-pallets or on the ground: o 11th day after sale : Application of a flat rate of €87.45 excluding VAT per lot; o An additional €7.95 (excl. VAT) is added to the €87.45 flat rate for each additional calendar day from the 11th day after the date of sale, per lot. BALSAN ENCHÈRES reserves the right to proceed with the resale of the lots concerned, under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations, when the storage costs exceed the amount of the purchase invoice. Collection of lots : Purchases may only be collected after payment, including costs and taxes, giving rise to the issue of a payment slip by the accounting department of BALSAN ENCHERES. Only this duly paid document will allow the items to be collected. If you wish to collect your lot quickly, please use the instant transfer method. You can collect your lot Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00, WITHOUT an appointment. You can therefore come directly to collect your lot with your paid slip without an appointment and without notifying us, on the opening days indicated above, excluding public holidays. The BIG BAG is not included with the lot inside. If you wish to collect your lot with the big bag, we will invoice you for the purchase of the big bag to the value of 10€HT for the small big bag and 20€HT for the large big bag. For collections by carrier WE DO NOT FILM PALLETS OR BIG BAGS, they are delivered as is.
