For payments, the Auction House accepts : Payment must be made immediately after the sale, no delay, schedule or discount will be possible. The MESENCHERES.FR auction house and the ABCJUSTICE law firm accept the following methods of payment: - Credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) via an online payment link. - Cash up to a limit of 1,000 euros including charges for non-professional French nationals and 10,000 euros including charges for nationals whose tax domicile is abroad) - bank transfers No cheques will be accepted. Default of payment: In accordance with the provisions of article L321-14 of the French Commercial Code, in the event of non-payment by the successful bidder, after formal notice has been served without result, the property will be put back up for sale at the seller's request on the basis of an irresponsible bid by the unsuccessful bidder: if the seller does not make his request within one month of the auction, he gives us full authority to act in his name and on his behalf in order, at our discretion, either to sue the buyer for cancellation of the sale, or to sue him for performance and payment of the said sale, claiming from him in addition and in both cases all damages, costs and other sums that we consider desirable.

Lots will be delivered to the buyer only after full payment of the price, costs and taxes. As soon as the lot is sold, the buyer takes full responsibility for it. Purchasers are responsible for and liable for any transport or shipment of goods, as well as any related expenses. The list of carriers that we can recommend is merely a suggestion and the buyer is free to choose the service provider of his choice. The place and time of collection of the lots will be indicated in the advertisement, in the "place of sale" and/or "information" section of the publication sites and during the announcement made by the auctioneer at the start of the sale. Lots in the OBJETS D'ART category may be collected from the auction room for one month without storage costs. From one month after the end of the sale, buyers will be charged : 5 euros (excl. VAT) per day for small items (display items, jewellery, leather goods, paintings smaller than 150x150cm, etc.). 15 excluding VAT/day for large items (furniture, sculptures, paintings larger than 150x150cm, etc.). For vehicles, storage costs will be free for one week after the sale. After one week, buyers will be charged : For VEHICLES, one week will be offered. Thereafter, buyers will be charged : 30 euros excl. tax/day for vehicles. 20 euros excl. tax/day for scooters
