The Auctioneer reserves the right to make a provisional bid for each lot, with the option of combining lots. Photos and lists are given for information only and are not contractual. No claims can be made after the sale. ⚠️ PURCHASE ORDER INFORMATION: A purchase order can only be taken into account 3 working days before the sale date, subject to receipt of a deposit cheque for half the value of the order received the day before the sale. No purchase order under 500 euros will be taken into account. The purchase order must be accompanied by a valid double-sided identity document, a copy of the KBIS (company registration document) less than three months old, written acceptance of the collection dates shown in the relevant sale advert, and a bank details form. You will be asked to provide a bank transfer deposit based on the amount of your purchase order and the value of the lot. In the event of failure to comply with any of these obligations, the purchase order will be systematically disregarded. If the collection follows the sale, it will not be possible to leave a purchase order.

Sale type Judicial sale

Judicial sales are organized by judicial commissioners in two main cases:

  • When a legal entity or individual cannot pay their debts, their assets are sold to repay their creditors.
  • The owner wishes to sell their assets, but the sale must be conducted under judicial supervision to protect all parties involved.

Internet fees: 1% excluding VAT of the hammer price for judicial sales, 3% excluding VAT for voluntary sales or €40 excluding VAT per vehicle. No additional fees will be applied on charity auction lots.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
