PRICE : 300€.
The entire contents in a single lot of a town house, located 8 minutes by car from the Troyes town hall, which MUST be vacated within 15 days of the sale.
The buyer who wins the lot undertakes to pay cash on the day of the sale, and to clean and empty the contents described and photographed, within a MAXIMUM of 15 days from the sale, any delay giving rise to a financial penalty.
The address will be revealed to the buyer on the 1st day of his intervention: he will have to go to our office to receive the keys of the house to be emptied, against deposit of a bank guarantee by Credit Card of 500€.
