Refusal of access to the auction hall shall not be considered an impediment to the freedom to bid, as online participation remains possible.

ℹ️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Payment in full
• Vehicles sold as is, without warranty, and no claims may be made
• Original vehicle registration document or identification certificate must be provided
• Payment by credit card or bank transfer only
• Vehicles without a roadworthiness test or that are not roadworthy: bringing the vehicle up to standard is the buyer’s responsibility – the vehicle may not be driven until repairs have been carried out and the roadworthiness test has been passed
• Vehicles with critical faults: must be collected on a flatbed
🚚 COLLECTION AND STORAGE:
• Free storage period: until the Wednesday following the sale (7 days)
• From the following Thursday: €20 (incl. VAT) per day per lot
