After the specified collection date, each lot will be charged €60 (excl. VAT) per week. Each week commenced is payable. Collection of lots is by appointment only. In the event of a cancelled appointment, any rescheduled appointment will be charged at €30.

COLLECTION OF LOTS The successful bidder is responsible for their lots once they have been awarded. After the specified collection date, each lot will be charged at €60 (excl. VAT) per week. A charge is due for each week or part thereof. Lots may only be collected by appointment. In the event of a cancelled appointment, any rescheduled appointment will be charged at €30. THE DEPOSIT will be retained by the auction house in the event of non-payment within 8 days. POSTAGE & DELIVERY Postal dispatch is an optional service offered to the successful bidder; the provision of this service is not conditional upon full payment of the auction invoice. Before requesting postal dispatch, it is the bidder’s responsibility – prior to placing a bid – to enquire as to whether the auction house offers this service. The auction house reserves the right to refuse any request for postal dispatch. Postal deliveries: Postal delivery is an optional service offered to the successful bidder, the terms of which (processing time, whether or not collection is available) shall not be conditional upon the successful bidder’s full payment of the auction invoice. Before making any request for postal delivery, it is the bidder’s responsibility – prior to placing a bid – to enquire whether the auction house offers a postal delivery service. Given constraints relating to fragility, weight or volume, the auction house reserves the right to refuse any request for postal dispatch and to refer you to specialist transport companies. With regard to the transport of bottles of wine and/or spirits, the auction house accepts no liability for any damage to the bottles that may occur during transport, whether carried out by the auction house itself or by a transport company. Reminder of postal dispatch terms and conditions: Upon receipt of payment, ENCHERES 07, subject to acceptance of the consignment, undertakes to dispatch the goods by post as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 calendar days. Following agreement and payment, the item will be dispatched to the name and address shown on the purchase invoice. If the item is to be sent to a different address, it is the buyer’s responsibility to specify this when requesting dispatch by email. As damage sustained during transit is not covered by the postal service provider LA POSTE, the successful bidder releases SCP LABEILLE BRUNEL FAISANT from all liability in the event of damage sustained and noted on arrival. To ensure more reliable delivery, a list of approved delivery providers can be supplied by the auction house on request.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
