The Sale is made in cash and in Euros. Any person who places a bid undertakes to pay personally and immediately the hammer price plus any costs payable by the buyer and any taxes and duties that may be due. The successful bidder will be issued with a sales slip, which will serve as an invoice and proof of the sales contract. The successful bidder must immediately give or confirm his identity, address and bank details. FRAYSSE & ASSOCIÉS reserves the right to refuse payment by a third party. In addition to the hammer price, the buyer must pay the buyer's commission for each lot. pay the buyer's commission per lot. No lot will be handed over to the buyer until the full amount of the hammer price, the purchase commission, taxes and duties and any other fees due have been paid. In the event of payment by uncertified cheque or bank transfer, delivery of the items will be deferred until the final payment has been received.
