TERMS OF PAYMENT, STORAGE and SHIPMENTS 1 - CHARGES TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER In addition to the hammer price, the buyer will pay: 25 % inclusive of tax to which will be added : - 1.80% inclusive of tax in the event of purchase via the interencheres.com website. - Resale right (if applicable): this only applies to original works by living artists or artists who have been deceased for less than 70 years and only for auctions of €750 or more. The rate is 4% from €750 to €50,000, then 3% from €50,001 to €200,000, in accordance with the decree of 9 May 2007, to which reference should be made for other brackets and any additional information. Once the auction has been announced, the purchasers are entirely responsible for their purchases. It is the responsibility of the successful bidders to insure their lots as soon as they are sold. 2 - PAYMENT - IN CASH required on receipt of the adjudication slip, giving preference to digital means of payment due to COVID - For buyers by telephone: As soon as the hammer is down, the successful bidder must give his name and address and proceed with payment in cash either by BANK CARD, TRANSFER, BANK CHEQUE or in cash (€1,000 for French individuals and €15,000 for non-French individuals). - For live buyers: It all depends on the total amount of your slip, which will be sent to you by e-mail after the sale. - If the total is less than €1,200, your bank card registered with Interencheres will be debited unless you instruct us otherwise by email to [email protected]. In the event of a counter-order, you must pay immediately by one of the other means of payment described above for buyers in the auction room or by telephone. - If the total is greater than €1,200, we will send you a 3D SECURE link that you simply need to follow to proceed with payment.
