Payment : Cash payment within 2 days after the sale. Unless otherwise indicated, we will automatically debit your card 24 hours after the sale. Any auction slip which remains unpaid to the auction house or which has been the subject of a delay in payment will result in the registration of the defaulting buyer in the TEMIS file.

Selling expenses : In addition to the auction price per lot, buyers will pay a 15% fee, including VAT. No additional fees will be charged for auctions from Live auction platforms. Any resale rights are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery of the lots to the buyers will be organised by prior appointment: - Wednesday 17 June, from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm; - Thursday 18 June, from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm. After this time, lots that have not been collected will be deemed to have been abandoned by the buyers, with no possibility of reimbursement or compensation. We are not authorised to make deliveries and decline all responsibility for deliveries made by third parties.
