(Photos non contractual) The vehicles offered for sale will be displayed beforehand, allowing any potential buyer to view and examine them before the sale. Consequently, the successful bidder acknowledges that he is acquiring the vehicle as is, with full knowledge of the facts, without recourse or possible claim for apparent or hidden defect, breakdown, designation error or any other cause whatsoever. Collection of the lots is the sole responsibility of the successful bidder or the person representing him/her. It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to carry out all the necessary administrative formalities for the change of holder with the ANTS. ⚖️ CONDITIONS OF SALE The sale is carried out without any guarantee as to the condition, quality or operation of the vehicles and equipment, and without any possibility of complaint, unless the auctioneer expressly mentions this in the minutes.
