At 10 am and 2.30 pm: 400 lots of curios, display items, paintings and furniture.
We will refuse all requests to send items via COCOLIS.
"The sale will be conducted in cash and in euros.
Buyers will pay the following fees in addition to their bids:
In a voluntary sale 25% inclusive of tax (in the auction room, by telephone). To this must be added 1.8% inc. tax on INTERENCHERES / 1.8% inc. tax on DROUOT / AUCTION.
Judicial sales 14.28% inc. tax (in theatres, by telephone). Plus 1.20% VAT on INTERENCHERES and 48€ VAT on the purchase of a vehicle.
All items are offered for sale with their imperfections, defects, wear and restoration.
The working order of watches, clocks and the condition of the mechanisms are not guaranteed.
As restorations, missing items and accidents are not systematically listed in the description, it is advisable to request a condition report before the sale. SAS SADDE cannot be held responsible for any shortcomings whatsoever.
The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition.
In the context of LIVE sales, if you are the successful bidder online via a live bid or by means of a secret purchase order, you authorise SAS SADDE or SELARL SADDE, if they so wish, to use your credit card imprint to proceed with the payment, in part or in full, of your purchases, including the usual costs payable by the buyer for an amount of up to two times 1,100 euros.
Any online bid will be considered as an irrevocable commitment to purchase.
Any auction slip that remains unpaid after SADDE or that is subject to late payment may be entered in the File of restrictions on access to auction sales ("TEMIS File") implemented by the company Commissaires-Priseurs Multimédia (CPM).
Lots are kept free of charge for up to 5 weeks after the sale.
After 5 weeks :
- If you use the services of a courier, the storage costs must be paid prior to collection (€5/day/lot).
- If you come to collect your purchases directly from the auction house, the cost of storage must be paid before you come (5€/day/lot).
- Furniture not collected will be transported and stored at the buyer's expense at L'UNIVERS DE L'OCCASION, 70100 RIGNY. Transport: 50€/furniture - Storage: 6€/day and per piece of furniture/lot".
