Sales take place exclusively online via the Interenchères platform. Bids are firm, final and irrevocable No bid can be cancelled The minutes of the live auction are not binding: 👉 the winning bid is confirmed by the auctioneer after the sale. ℹ️ Any participation in the sale implies acceptance of the Rennes Enchères General Terms and Conditions of Sale. 💳 When and how do I pay for my slip? 📑 The invoice is sent by e-mail at the end of the sale. Please check your spam folder. ⚠️ No delay in payment will be granted. Any delay exposes the successful bidder to the penalties provided for in the GTC (cancellation, reiteration, costs, registration in professional files). 🚗 How can I collect my lots? 🚘 Lots can be collected : by appointment, at the locations indicated by Rennes Enchères, according to the terms and conditions specified after the sale. 📦 Lots must be inspected upon collection. 👉 No claim will be accepted after their removal. 🚛 Is it possible to ship lots? 🚛 Shipping can be offered at the request of the successful bidder, depending on the nature of the lots. ⚠️ Shipping is an accessory service: the costs are entirely at the buyer's expense, Rennes Enchères cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage attributable to the carrier. 🕒 What happens if I do not collect my lots? Lots benefit from 30 calendar days' free storage from the day of the sale inclusive. From the 30ᵉ day, automatic storage charges apply without exception, whether for paid lots not withdrawn or unpaid lots: 1.80 excl. tax / day / lot for lots considered as on-shelf storage 7.50 excl. tax / day / lot for lots considered to be stored on pallets or on the ground ⚠️ These charges are payable until the lots are actually removed. 👉 Lots not withdrawn over a prolonged period may be subject to management measures, in accordance with the GTC (formal notice, prolonged storage, procedures provided for by the regulations). ⚖️ Are batches guaranteed? ❌ No. Lots are sold as is, without warranty of any kind.
