Any auction slip that remains unpaid to MERCIER & CIE or that has been subject to late payment may be registered in the TEMIS File. ATTENTION : We sell for several companies and it is not unusual to have several invoices for the same sale. FOR GOODS ON THE VENDEVILLE (VEN) AND CAMBRAI (CAM) SITES - COLLECTION WITHIN 48 HOURS IS MANDATORY Please respect the collection deadlines or you will be charged €5 (excl. VAT) per day and per lot for storage. This applies to all lots purchased at our "major professional equipment sales", regardless of the entity selling them (Mercier Auto, Lille Métropole Auctions or Mercier CPJ). Sale fees for judicial lots: 11.90% excl. VAT (14.28% incl. VAT) Voluntary lot sale fee: 20% excl. tax, i.e. 24% inc. In the case of live auctions, an additional fee of 1.50 excl. VAT (1.80% inc. VAT) must be added for voluntary lots and judicial lots.
